We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join an Outstanding secondary school in Lewisham. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support providing mentoring guidance and structured interventions. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour improving engagement and supporting student wellbeing.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills patience and the ability to build positive relationships with students staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring
Support students with behavioural and emotional needs
Implement behaviour strategies and interventions
Monitor student progress and engagement
Work closely with staff parents and external agencies
Promote a positive and inclusive school environment
Requirements:
Experience working with young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage challenging behaviour
Patience resilience and a positive attitude
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
Ability to work as part of a team
