We are looking to appoint a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join an excellent secondary school in Wolverhampton. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support providing mentoring guidance and structured interventions. You will support students in developing positive behaviours improving engagement and achieving their full potential.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills patience and the ability to build positive relationships with students staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and group mentoring
