The role focuses on leading a cross-functional team to support early-stage ideation accelerate value creation across the product portfolio and ensure product decisions are guided by measurable outcomes and customer value. The position emphasizes fostering a culture of experimentation learning and continuous improvement.
What will you do
Participate in earlystage ideation initiatives turning rough ideas into validated product opportunities
Shape problems define hypotheses and guide discovery and experimentation activities
Lead a crossfunctional squad of engineers and analysts in a handson outcomeoriented way
Drive the creation and evolution of AIenabled products from idea to real usage
Define success metrics and ensure product decisions are guided by evidence and customer value
Take ownership of products emerging from ideation
Continuously explore new technological and AI capabilities and translate them into product opportunities
Act as a catalyst for productoriented thinking and intrapreneurship across teams
What you bring & who you are
Several years of experience as a Product Manager working handson with engineering teams
Strong passion for building products and solving real problems not just managing backlogs
Experience working in ambiguous earlystage environments
Solid understanding of datadriven decisionmaking and product metrics
Strong and proven interest in AI and curiosity to continuously learn and experiment with new capabilities
Comfortable taking ownership and accountability from idea to outcome
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
Fluent in English; German is a plus
