We achieved 23x revenue growth in CY2025 following our Seed round of $15m in June 2025 making this an exciting time to join our Corporate Growth team. Were giving Australians access to health services theyve never had before through their employer. From diagnostic imaging to pathology to personalised care it all comes together in one place.

The opportunity

Were hiring an Account Executive as we enter a new chapter of growth at Everlab. Youll be responsible for finding qualifying and closing new SMB and mid-market businesses building pipeline from scratch and turning conversations into customers.

Were looking for hunters. People who are on the phone at events and in rooms building relationships before theres even a deal to talk about. Our tech stack will help but your ability to create opportunity is what will define your success here.

This is an early-stage environment. Processes are still being built playbooks are still being written and youll be part of shaping them. Were looking for people who thrive in that setting who see ambiguity as opportunity and dont wait for a playbook to start building pipeline.

The role

Youll own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close working closely with the B2B Team Lead and a dedicated enablement resource to sharpen your approach as we scale:

  • Identify and prospect new SMB and mid-market opportunities through outbound outreach email LinkedIn calls and events.

  • Run discovery calls and needs analysis to understand client challenges and build compelling cases for Everlab.

  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.

  • Manage pipeline with rigour accurate forecasting timely follow-up and clean CRM hygiene in HubSpot.

  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring a smooth handover to account management.

  • Contribute to building the sales playbook sharing whats working whats not and helping establish best practices for the team.

  • Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns messaging and demand generation activities.

How success is measured:

  • Pipeline: New opportunities generated per month both inbound and self-sourced.

  • Revenue: Deals closed per quarter measured on both volume and value.

  • Efficiency: Sales cycle length conversion rates and forecast accuracy.

  • Contribution: Your input into building the sales playbook refining processes and making the team around you better.

Specific targets will be set collaboratively based on territory and market conditions.

What youll bring

  • 3-5 years in a closing AE role ideally at an early-stage or high-growth B2B company.

  • Experience being an early sales hire - you know what it means to build structure around yourself and get results without a fully defined process.

  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in an outbound-led environment.

  • Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills - you dont wait for leads to come to you.

  • Experience with HubSpot AI and similar tools.

  • Genuine passion for health and making a difference in peoples lives.
