Job Summary
Alexandria Sydney Casual Role Hybrid
At Marley Spoon were on a mission to bring better cooking back to the table. Every week we deliver thousands of fresh flexible meal kits across Australia and were now expanding our reach to support even more households through our Support at Home and NDIS programs.
Were looking for a motivated communicator to join our team as an Administration Assistant a role thats all about building meaningful relationships with care providers and helping more Australians access the meals they deserve.
Hours will vary week to week depending on project needs making this a great fit for someone who values flexibility and thrives in a dynamic environment.
What youll do
Make introductory calls and send emails to leads including care managers and community coordinators.
Follow up with potential partners to introduce and discuss the Marley Spoon Support at Home offering.
Maintain and update our partner outreach tracker and contact databases to keep everything accurate and moving.
Support the team in identifying and engaging community hot spots to drive program growth.
What youll bring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills youre confident making outbound calls and writing clear friendly emails.
Strong English proficiency; native or near-native speaker preferred to engage effectively with Australian care providers.
Highly organised with a knack for process you can follow established workflows and keep records tidy.
A proactive self-starting attitude you take initiative and follow through without needing to be chased.
Previous experience in admin customer service outreach or a healthcare/aged care setting is a bonus but not essential. Well set you up for success.
