Join us at St Patricks Catholic Church Sutherland as an OSHClub Assistant Coordinator and co-lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent part-time role offers 27.5 hours per week including 4 non-contact admin hours.
Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday: 6:30-8:30am (Rise then Shine) 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play) 7:00am - 6:00pm (School Holiday Program)

About the role
Co-managing a team of Educators youll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years with the support of a state specific office plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM sport cooking art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children the school community and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
