We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Team Leader to join our Unity Water this role you will lead and coordinate a team of Project Administrators to deliver highquality consistent and efficient administrative services across a portfolio of programs and projects.
Your leadership will enable strong project outcomes through streamlined processes effective support to delivery teams and continuous improvement across administrative systems. Collaboration customer service excellence and a strong safety focus will underpin everything you do.
What were looking for
- 5 years experience in administration within a mediumsized commercial organisation
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating administrative teams
- Strong capability to work effectively in a fastpaced changing environment
- Exceptional organisational skills attention to detail and a proactive cando approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Intermediateadvanced skills across Microsoft Office; experience with JDE InEight/Teambinder or similar systems highly regarded
You will also be adept at:
- Coordinating project and program administration activities including DFA updates reporting claims support timesheets Concur processes and document control
- Maintaining registers for assets equipment vehicles and onboarding requirements
- Leading your team through coaching performance support and continuous improvement
- Providing highquality general administration such as meeting coordination document preparation travel bookings and stakeholder liaison
