A bit about the job
Platform is a growing and evolving area of our business with a strong focus on efficiency customer experience and delivering safe wellcontrolled outcomes. Youll play a central role in shaping team culture driving engagement and creating an inclusive environment where everyone is supported to do their best work.
Youll lead a team of Customer Experts providing direction coaching and inspiration. Youll help them develop their skills navigate change and deliver consistently brilliant service. Youll work closely with leaders across Platform and the wider business contributing to process improvements transformation initiatives and how we evolve the way we work.
This is a nontechnical role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments enjoys working with people and wants to build a strong crossbusiness network as part of their leadership journey. Its also a great platform for longterm progression into broader Operations Customer Experience Risk or Change leadership roles.
Skills and experience were looking for
Team Leadership & Development: Proven experience leading teams in a customerfocused environment with the ability to inspire develop and create a culture where people can do their best work.
Customer & Operational Excellence: Strong commitment to delivering brilliant customer outcomes with the ability to ensure consistent service quality and alignment with policies controls and best practice
Performance Management & Coaching: Experience in allocating work setting expectations coaching giving feedback and supporting capability growth across a team including during periods of change.
InsightDriven Decision Making: Ability to use service data trends and customer insight to prepare clear performance reporting make informed decisions and contribute to continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Influencing: Strong stakeholder skills with the confidence to work across teams resolve challenges influence outcomes and contribute to wider transformation and business initiatives.
Whilst we expect the offered salary to fall within the applicable pay range any specific offer will be reflective of experience and the market rate for the role.
Due to this being a role in scope for Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) it is a prerequisite that you are not currently bankrupt and do not have an unspent conviction for a serious criminal offence in applying for this role you are certifying that you satisfy both of these requirements.
