Job Summary
We are looking for a Bonds Post Trade Support Functional Analyst to join a capital markets technology team in Montreal. You will provide daily functional support to front office traders and sales teams resolve production incidents and help drive platform stability and continuous improvement within a fast-paced trading environment.
What youll do
- Provide daily functional support to front office traders and sales users with clear and proactive communication
- Investigate and resolve production incidents in collaboration with global Murex support teams
- Perform daily operational checks to ensure stability of production environments
- Work closely with developers to deliver long-term solutions and system enhancements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incidents and improve user experience
- Collaborate with global support teams across Paris New York Hong Kong and Bangalore for follow-the-sun coverage
- Deliver user training sessions and maintain clear end-user documentation
What you bring
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a financial markets or capital markets environment
- Strong understanding of US Corporate Bonds and fixed income markets
- Prior experience working directly with front office traders in a high-pressure trading environment
- Good knowledge of Murex front office tools on MXIII including pricing simulation market data and standard reports
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of vanilla financial products including valuation principles and risk sensitivities
- Experience working with offshore or global support teams
- French language skills are an asset
Work setup
- 12 month contract based in Montreal QC
- Hybrid with up to 2 days remote per week after an initial 3 month onsite period
- Follows US holiday calendar
- Fluency in English required
- Mandatory background check required before onboarding
