Job Summary

Job Title: SAP FICO Functional Lead
Location: Toronto Hybrid work: Onsite 60% - 9AM to 5PM.
o 3 Days Onsite: Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.
o 2 Days Remote : Monday and Friday.

What youll do

Lead end-to-end configuration and solution design across SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules
Own organizational structure chart of accounts design document types and posting key configuration
Conduct fit-gap workshops translate business requirements into SAP solutions and manage client expectations
Support testing cycles including unit testing system integration testing and user acceptance testing
Manage change requests identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
Allocate tasks mentor junior consultants validate functional specs and run daily stand-ups
Oversee RICEFW object delivery including reports interfaces conversions enhancements forms and workflows
Manage IDocs interfaces and integration touchpoints with MM and SD modules

What you bring

5 to 8 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience
Strong expertise in Financial Accounting including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting and Bank Accounting
Solid experience in Controlling including Cost Center Profit Center and Internal Orders
Integration knowledge across MM and SD modules
Proven experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships in a delivery environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for finance audiences
Experience in change request management and end-to-end project delivery

Nice to have

Experience working in large enterprise or regulated industry environments
Exposure to S/4HANA implementations or migrations
Background in conflict resolution and team leadership within consulting engagements

Work setup

Long-term contract based in Toronto ON
Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday
Core hours 9am to 5pm
Mandatory background check required
