Per Diem Float Pool @ BHS Inpatient Youth Hospital All shifts available (days and nights) CPI certification required (or willing to get within 45 days of start) Must be available to pick up at least 4-5 shifts per month 2 years of recent behavioral health experience required The Youth hospitals average ratio is 1: 4 (day shift); 1: 3 (night shift). There is capacity of 8 patients. Cerner experience preferred If census is low in youth RNs may be expected to float to the Adult Hospital.
