Job Description
Saint Lukes Advanced Urological Associate Office in Independence MOis seeking a Scheduler to join our team. You will have the opportunity to providecustomer service to patients families physicians physician offices the community and internal departments throughout SLHS for assignedlocation.
Shift Details:Monday- Friday 8:15am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Scheduling tests procedurestreatmentsand services with minimal support
Determiningfinancial accountability providing information and referrals proactively
Problem solving concerns and issues
Providing patient instructions and educationregardingpreparations for tests and procedures
We are looking for someone that is excited about working with people and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills willingness to work isadaptableand eager to learn. This position will require you to work autonomously as well as with a team.
