Job Summary
Were looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Group Functions Data Office this role you are expected to provide structured operations support across technology delivery initiatives acting as the connective layer between leadership delivery teams and operational functions within the Group Functions Data Office Delivery organization.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as a central coordination point between Engineering Delivery Platform and Operations leaders to ensure consistency and drive progress toward Group Functions Data Office goals including tracking critical transformational initiatives.
- Track escalated delivery commitments and follow-up on action items to ensure closure and accountability.
- Assist leadership to prepare concise status updates dashboards and communication materials to support strategic change.
- Coordinate agendas content and delivery for team and leadership meetings.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a delivery coordination or program support role within a technology environment.
- Superior organizational time and project management skills including the ability to effectively engage and manage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to craft concise status summaries heatmaps and decision-ready materials; strong storytelling with data.
- Skilled at managing agendas pre-reads and follow-up including steering committees and working groups.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (eg. MS 365 Jira Confluence).
- Data and AI familiarity: Conceptual understanding of data tools like Azure Databricks BI tools like Power BI and how together they are used in the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with issue/incident tracking and remediation.
- Proven ability to work with global teams time zones and diverse stakeholders.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid set-up (3x onsite per week)
- Amenable to work in a night shift schedule (EST time zones)
