Youll own the full recruitment cycle partner closely with hiring managers and help us build the team that builds the future.

What Youll Be Doing

• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize diverse channelsjob boards social media networking eventsto attract top-tier Tech professionals.

• Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills experience and cultural fit.

• Business partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and develop targeted hiring strategies.

• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

• Metrics and compliance: Ensure you are hitting your metrics adhere with legal standards and best practices to continually improve processes and uphold integrity.

• Training and development: Help build training for Hiring managers and other Recruiters

• Continuous improvement: Strive to keep improving our processes and find smarter more effective ways of working.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 6 years in recruitment and at least 3 years in Tech - youll have built up a solid understanding of technical roles and how to source for hard-to-fill positions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are a bonus.

• Multitasking Ability: Proven capability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Whilst effectively following processes and track metrics.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
