Position Summary:
ultrafocused Work together to fearlessly uncover new possibilities
The Marketing Specialist role supports the execution of marketing strategies for the portfolio with a primary focus on event execution promotional materials and digital initiatives. This role contributes to thetimelyand compliant implementation of marketing activities working crossfunctionally with internal teams and external vendors. The position is ideal for an earlycareer professional with strong organizational analytical and proactive capabilities.
Work Model:
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week at out office in Santa many locations the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning andensuringexecution of marketing events including congresses symposia advisory boards and scientific meetings.
- Assistin the creation and execution of digitalprintmarketingmaterials.
- Manage timelines briefs and deliverables with agencies vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure marketing materials and activitiescomply withmedical legal and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report basic marketing KPIs related to events and promotional activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support including purchase orders invoices and budget tracking.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve execution efficiency andimpact.
- Support adhoc marketing projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree inmarketing Business Administration Communications Life Sciences or relatedfield.
- 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (marketing events or related roles) preferred; recent graduates with relevant internships will also be considered.
- Experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical marketing and rare diseases.
- Intermediate to advanced English (reading writing and communication).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Critical and Analytical thinking.
- Proactive mindset withabilityto propose solutions and improvements.
- Experience or familiarity with digital marketing materials and channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communicationand crossfunctional collaboration skills.
- Limited travel requirements Events or local congresses
