Position Overview
As a Bilingual Intake Specialist you will play a critical role in the client journeyhandling inbound inquiries gathering case information and ensuring a smooth and professional intake process. Your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately in both languages will make a direct impact on client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls emails and web inquiries from potential clients
- Conduct initial case screenings and gather relevant details
- Accurately input and manage client information in the CRM system
- Provide clear empathetic communication to clients during stressful situations
- Schedule consultations and coordinate with legal staff
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Ensure all intake procedures comply with firm standards and confidentiality policies
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Legal intake role
- Experience in a Personal Injury Law Firm or legal setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish languages
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Highly organized reliable and client-focused
- Familiarity with case management software
