Job Summary
Quality Inspector Job Requirements
Candidates must know stamping and welding components.
Ability to work on rotational shifts. Should be able to make OK/NG decisions on the shop floor.
Experience in quality inspection and process control preferred. Basic understanding of sheet metal and welding operations.
Good understanding of engineering drawings GD&T and material specifications.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques Strong leadership problem-solving and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
Perform incoming in-process and final inspection. Check stamping and welding components as per the drawing. Ensure quality standards on the shop floor. Take OK/NG decisions and report quality issues. Support the production and quality team for smooth operations.
Qualification: Diploma / in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:- 3-4 years in sheet metal Industries
