Job Summary
Job Title: Social Management cum Labour Welfare Inspector
Location: Project Site
Experience: 38 Years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work / Sociology / Labour Welfare or related field
Responsibilities:
- Monitor labour welfare activities at site (wages working conditions facilities)
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Check availability of basic facilities like drinking water sanitation first aid and accommodation
- Handle worker grievances and ensure timely resolution
- Support implementation of social safeguards and community-related activities
- Ensure no child labour and proper safety practices at site
- Maintain records of labour attendance and welfare measures
- Coordinate with contractor local authorities and project team
- Prepare reports on labour welfare and social compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in infrastructure/road/highway projects
- Knowledge of labour laws and social safeguard practices
- Good communication and coordination skills
