Job Summary
Job Title: Occupational Health & Safety Inspector
Location: Assam
Experience: 38 Years
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Safety (Industrial Safety preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor health & safety practices at construction site
- Ensure compliance with safety standards rules and regulations
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify hazards
- Ensure use of PPE (helmets safety shoes jackets etc.)
- Promote safe working practices and awareness among workers
- Report accidents/incidents and maintain safety records
- Ensure availability of first aid emergency response and fire safety systems
- Coordinate with contractor and project team on safety matters
- Prepare safety reports and maintain documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in road/highway or infrastructure projects
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Good communication and coordination skills
