Job Summary
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. The AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions Team is looking for an experienced Portfolio Associate based in the either London or this role you will be a key member of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team responsible for tracking and analyzing the operational financial and contractual performance of our expanding portfolio in Europe Africa and the Middle East. Portfolio Associates work closely with lessors/vendors and internal partner teams to ensure accuracy of our portfolio data points in order to mitigate risks and support portfolio optimization.
Our Portfolio Managers:
- Are detail oriented
- Work independently in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Key job responsibilities
Review audit and process rent in line with internal Spend & Transaction Policies and contractual terms to ensure landlord/vendor adherence
Responsible for creating and managing weekly monthly or quarterly vendor and partner reviews
Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver results requiring collaboration and coordination with multiple teams
Onboarding and tracking of payment setup for all new landlords/vendors
Interpret complex commercial contract language related to contractual obligations SLAs rent tax insurance and maintenance clauses
Review of contract related documentation and abstraction of critical information.
Assist leased team with various other administrative tasks

- Bachelors degree in Business Management Real Estate or another related field
- Experience utilizing commercial real estate software platforms such as Tango Yardi or MRI
- Experience reading and interpreting lease language managing critical lease dates and conducting lease negotiations
- Experience with lease administration processes
- Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within an industrial commercial and/or data center environment
