The Sr. Process Engineering Manager consistently strives to deliver results by understanding medium-term prioritize engages innovation within own area meeting customer needs engaging with and supporting colleagues. Core Responsibilities:
- Lead injections process projects and initiatives making informed decisions aligned with business and operational objectives
- Oversee development of new process platforms as well as improvements and adaptations to existing solutions
- Anticipate and address risks related to Safety Quality and Delivery on daily operations to support production ensuring the right deliverables
- Guide the development and implementation of new equipment for internal production from a Injection Process Perspective securing the right follow up of the standards
- Identify capability gaps and define roadmaps to meet future process and production needs
Do you have what it takes
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or related field Masters preferable) or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise inplastic injection molding manufacturing processes and materials
- Proven technical leadership to be able to face daily business
- Solid project management skills with knowledge of applicable standards regulations and EHS requirements
- Experience mentoring and developing engineers fostering continuous learning and growth
- Proactive accountable mindset with strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Effective stakeholder management across different organizations local and global
- Understanding of product development lifecycle including prototyping testing industrialization and quality control practices
- Strong focus on Core Tools to secure process stability
- Advance communication skills both in English and Spanish verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
