As a Graduate Key Account Handler at GM Packaging youll work with a wide range of customers from local businesses to major brands gaining real exposure to account management sales and customer success from day one.
GM Packaging is a leading food packaging wholesaler across the UK and Europe known for delivering value-driven sustainable solutions and building strong long-term partnerships.
What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting and growing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Building relationships and handling customer enquiries
- Preparing quotes processing orders and following up leads
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and develop accounts
- Resolving queries and ensuring a high level of customer service
- Keeping systems updated and supporting reporting/forecasting
What Were Looking For
- A recent graduate (any relevant degree)
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Organised detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive motivated and eager to learn
- A team player with a commercial mindset
- Any customer-facing or sales experience is a bonus
