Your role
AsourClinical Manager youll be at the heart of our care community visible approachable and inspirational.
You will:
- Lead mentor and develop our nursing and care teams
- Champion high-quality personcentred care
- Be present and known across all shift patterns
- Support with oncall responsibilities
- Maintain strong clinical oversight and drive continuous improvement
