You will play a key role in the monthly magic that is payroll. If you like precision love being that dependable go-to person and you take pride in doing things right this ones for you.

Annual Salary range: 150000 - 190000 RON / year

What Youll Be Doing

Process monthly payroll for assigned countries ensuring accuracy compliance and timeliness
Collaborating with internal teams and external providers to collect validate and submit payroll data
Maintain accurate payroll records and support documentation for audits and compliance purposes
Respond to employee questions related to payroll & payslips in a clear and professional manner
Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations including monthly variance analysis and internal reviews
Monitor legislative changes and coordinate with our external providers to ensure payroll remains compliant with local laws
Pitching in with process improvements we love people who say Hey I think this could be done simpler.

About You

Youve got 2 years of payroll processing experience preferably in a multi-country or international environment
Strong attention to details
Reliable and accountable with a proactive approach to managing deadlines and responsibilities
Collaborative and professional with good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Familiarity with payroll systems and Excel advanced skills are a plus !
