Job Summary
We are recruiting for a full time (40 hours per week/1.0 FTE) Administrator to provide expert administrative support to the Poukura Hinengaro (Manager Mental Health and Addictions) and Ohu Hinengaro (Mental Health and Addictions team) in support of the delivery of high quality services to Hauraki whānau whānui.
The key focus of the role is to ensure all team processes practices and systems are efficient effective and seamlessly managed. This includes and is not limited to functions such as document development the seeking of new funding opportunities backup support in the contract data gathering and report collation space as required and management of Hinengaro team resources.
