About the Role
As a Youth Outreach Worker youll be on the front lines of engagementbuilding relationships offering support and helping young people access the resources they need to succeed. This is a hands-on high-energy role perfect for someone who believes in the power of connection and community.

HS Diploma or GED Associates Degree or Bachelors degree in Human Services field
Experience with the child/adolescent population and experience in clinical/residential setting preferred
Experience with systems especially DMH preferred
Individuals with lived experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional languages are desirable
Computer proficiency
Valid MA drivers license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
