Your Role Your Impact

As the Practice Team Lead you will play a pivotal role in strengthening practice quality across our Early Childhood Approach team. You will lead and embed evidenceinformed familycentred approaches that support children aged 09 and their families within their everyday routines.

In this role you will:

  • Lead bestpractice early childhood intervention by modelling quality practice and embedding the Early Childhood Intervention Best Practice Framework across the team.
  • Coach and mentor practitioners through observation guided practice joint visits and reflective conversations.
  • Strengthen practitioner capability in using coaching approaches that empower families in their own environments and routines.
  • Guide the use of the RoutinesBased Interview to identify family priorities strengths and meaningful goals.
  • Monitor service quality workflows KPIs and compliance to ensure timely and effective delivery of supports.
  • Drive continuous improvement to uplift practice quality and enhance child and family outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative reflective learning culture where staff feel supported to grow and try new approaches.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to support coordinated multidisciplinary practice.

Who Were Looking For
Youre an experienced reflective practitioner with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health Early Childhood or a related discipline (and eligibility for relevant professional membership).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering early childhood intervention in everyday routines and natural environments.
  • Strong knowledge of child development developmental delay/disability and evidenceinformed early childhood intervention approaches.
  • Proven ability to coach mentor or facilitate reflective practice for practitioners.
  • Excellent communication skills including interpersonal written and verbal collaboration with families and stakeholders.
  • Effective problemsolving negotiation and conflictresolution skills to navigate complex practice situations.
  • Commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive practice supporting families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Current drivers licence and all required safety screenings/registrations.
