Your work profile
We are seeking an experienced and result drivenServiceNow Developer Leadat a Manager level with a strong background in HRSD/GRC/ITOM ensuring business continuity and compliance with organizational goals.
Key skills required
- Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across HRSD/GRC/ITOM modules.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and design scalable efficient and compliant ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow components including forms workflows business rules and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
- Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices governance and optimization.
- Drive stakeholder communication project planning and risk management.
- Conduct testing deployment and post-implementation support.
- Mentor and support junior team members in technical and functional areas.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical designs test cases and release notes.
- Education -Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
8-12 years of hands-on experience with theServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules:
- GRC:Policy & Compliance Risk Management Audit Vendor Risk IRM
- HRSD:Case & Knowledge Management Employee Centre Lifecycle Events Onboarding
- ITOM:Discovery CMDB Event Management Service Mapping
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model architecture and integration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional global delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules:
