Job Summary

(CASA Current Account & Savings Account)

  1. Customer Acquisition
  • Acquire new CASA customers through field visits referrals and lead generation.
  • Open Savings and Current Accounts as per business targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
  1. Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  1. Sales & Cross-Selling
  • Cross-sell banking products such as:
    • Debit/Credit Cards
    • Insurance products
    • Loans
    • Fixed Deposits
    • Digital banking services
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets.
  1. Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Generate leads through corporate visits market activities and networking.
  1. Customer Service
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Guide customers regarding banking products and processes.
  1. Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure proper KYC and account opening documentation.
  • Follow bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
  1. Portfolio Management
  • Monitor customer portfolios and account activities.
  • Maintain account quality and reduce dormant accounts.
  1. Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor activities and market trends.
  • Suggest strategies to improve business growth.
  1. Reporting
  • Maintain daily sales reports and activity trackers.
  • Update management on targets achievements and customer feedback.
