Job Summary
(CASA Current Account & Savings Account)
- Customer Acquisition
- Acquire new CASA customers through field visits referrals and lead generation.
- Open Savings and Current Accounts as per business targets.
- Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
- Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales & Cross-Selling
- Cross-sell banking products such as:
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Insurance products
- Loans
- Fixed Deposits
- Digital banking services
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
- Generate leads through corporate visits market activities and networking.
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Guide customers regarding banking products and processes.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper KYC and account opening documentation.
- Follow bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Portfolio Management
- Monitor customer portfolios and account activities.
- Maintain account quality and reduce dormant accounts.
- Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Suggest strategies to improve business growth.
- Reporting
- Maintain daily sales reports and activity trackers.
- Update management on targets achievements and customer feedback.
