What were looking for
We are seeking a Founding Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience ideally from a high-growth talent-dense startup (like Ramp or Harvey) or a top-tier boutique agency. You should be an outbound sourcing machine comfortable owning the top of the funnel and have a proven track record of identifying and attracting exceptional talent. Bonus points if you have experience scaling teams in a zero-to-one environment.
What youll do:
- Own end-to-end recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles with an initial focus on Sales and Post-Sales.
- Take ownership of building a robust top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound sourcing talent mapping and networking.
- Work closely with the founders to define what exceptional talent looks like and calibrate on candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract the top .01% of candidates.
- Drive the candidate experience from first touch through to close ensuring a high-touch and positive process.
- Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our ATS (Ashby) to track pipeline and performance metrics.
