About this role
What were looking for
We need a seasoned product designer with at least 6 years of experience ideally within a fast-paced startup environment (Series A-C). You should be comfortable owning the end-to-end design process for complex B2B SaaS products and have a track record of shipping high-quality features that balance user needs with business goals. Bonus points if you have experience with enterprise-level products or fintech.
What youll do:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design for core product initiatives from initial concept to final implementation.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research through 3-5 customer calls per week to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Contribute to and help evolve the Design System to ensure consistency and accelerate development velocity.
- Champion a high bar for design quality across the company mentoring junior designers through your own execution.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on designs in Figma embracing a fast-paced iterative development cycle.

- Portfolio prioritizes logic and information architecture over pure aesthetics.
- Tech stack - Figma Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with light coding or using AI for code generation.
- Soft skillsPrefers speed and iteration over pixel-perfect precision.
- Strong storyteller able to articulate design rationale.
Visa sponsorship available. Open to H1B transfers and TN visas for Canadian citizens. Not offering full new sponsorship at this time. On-site work policy. This is a full-time in-person role at our New York NY office. We are in the office 5 days a week in a highly collaborative and intense startup environment.
