Job Summary

Campus Location: Kesselman Hall - Atlantic City

Department: Facilities & Plant Operations

Salary Range:$18.00 per hour

Work Hours:40 hours per week

Brief Job Overview/Summary

Under the direction of the Crew Supervisor BMW; these positions will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the campus.

NOTE: This is Summer Temporary Job

Descriptions of Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Performs various maintenance and janitorial duties using commercial vacuum cleaners floor buffers extractors and other heavy equipment as needed
Performs all essential functions of the job such as cleaning and maintaining building floors fixtures walls which may require moving furniture etc.
Must have the ability to make simple reports and keep records as well as understand and carry out oral and written instructions in accordance with standard safety procedure
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of one year experience in the inspection cleaning and maintenance of furniture fixtures offices and buildings necessary
Must possess a valid NJ drivers license
