Job Summary

What you will do

Johnson Controls South Africa is seeking a detailoriented Customer Support Administrator to support our service operations and ensure a smooth professional customer experience.

How you will do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Log track and manage cases using JCIs CRM and ticketing systems.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support issue resolution and followup.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.

  • Provide clear product and service information to customers.

  • Support administrative tasks that enhance customer service efficiency.

What we look for

  • Experience in customer service service administration or a similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM/ticketing tools and MS Office.

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
