Compliance Systems Advisor

Job Summary
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Act as an advisor and subject matter resource for the GEH COI and whistleblowing systems providing guidance to users and stakeholders.
- Respond promptly and accurately to system flags user queries and requests.
- Maintain and update user access security permissions system fields data uploads and administrative pages.
- Maintain audit protocols business rules data checklists and system queries ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with best practices.
- Conduct regular data integrity reviews including data cleaning duplicate checks and correction of userrelated errors.
- Produce accurate and insightful system reports including statistical analyses dashboards presentations and management reports.
- Maintain and update reporting documentation manuals templates and backup and storage protocols.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to build user competency across all compliance systems.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration with system users analysts and crossfunctional teams.
- Work with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements or configuration changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve system processes reporting protocols and user experience.
- Oversee office administration and filing systems relevant to compliance records ensuring proper control and continual optimisation.
- Support disclosure campaigns and provide administrative support to the compliance team as needed.
- Assist in compliance monitoring activities adhoc reviews and contribute to compliance risk assessment processes.
- Prepare and present compliance system reports and updates to EXCO Board and other governance committees.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Degree or equivalent experience in Compliance Governance Risk Legal or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a compliance governance risk legal or related administrative environment.
- Demonstrated experience administering business or compliance systems including casemanagement or disclosure platforms.
- Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Experience generating reports analysing data and providing insights to support decisionmaking.
- Exposure to working with multiple stakeholders across functions with the ability to coordinate activities and manage workflow.
- Experience in process improvement system optimisation or supporting system enhancements is advantageous.
