Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable well-presented and detail-oriented Front Desk / Office Assistant to manage front office operations provide administrative support and maintain a clean organized and professional workplace environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills a proactive attitude and the ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness hygiene and office organization. This role is best suited for candidates who are comfortable combining front desk responsibilities with light cleaning and general office support duties.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Communication
- Welcome and attend to visitors clients and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls take messages and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain a neat organized and presentable reception area at all times
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support including filing photocopying scanning and document management
- Assist with record keeping and basic office documentation
- Support daily office coordination and administrative tasks
Office Maintenance & Support
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of reception offices pantry and common areas
- Perform routine cleaning duties such as sweeping mopping and dusting as required
- Prepare and serve refreshments during meetings and official engagements
Operations & Logistics
- Monitor office and pantry supplies and ensure timely replenishment
- Assist with minor office errands and logistics coordination
- Report maintenance or facility-related issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with workplace hygiene safety and operational standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND (National Diploma) in any relevant discipline
- 2 4 years experience in a similar role (Front Desk Office Assistant or Administrative Support)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and capable of handling light cleaning and support duties
- High level of integrity punctuality and professionalism
Preferred Competencies
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative practices
- Familiarity with cleaning tools and workplace hygiene standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and proactive work approach
