About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Front Office / Office Assistant to manage the reception area assist with daily office operations and ensure a clean welcoming and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is punctual professional and capable of multitasking while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front office pantry and common areas.
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing photocopying scanning and organizing supplies.
- Answer phone calls take messages and forward correspondence appropriately.
- Prepare and serve refreshments during meetings or events when required.
- Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies.
- Support minor maintenance tasks and report any office issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to office safety hygiene and professional standards.
Qualifications
- OND or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as a front office assistant receptionist or office assistant is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions manage time effectively and work independently.
- Physically fit to handle light cleaning and office errands.
- Honest dependable and demonstrates a professional and positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of office tools cleaning materials and safety procedures.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
