Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Cloud Engineering Head.

In this role you will lead the Banks cloud strategy by driving the adoption integration and optimization of cloud solutions across the IT infrastructure. You will ensure performance security and compliance while guiding the organization through cloud migration. You will also display strong leadership strategic vision technical expertise and collaborative engagement with internal and external stakeholders to achieve success.

What the role will entail

Develop and implement a cloud strategy aligned with the Banks business objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders
Lead cloud migration projects ensuring seamless transitions from on-premises infrastructure with clear milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Oversee cloud infrastructure management for optimal performance reliability scalability and cost-efficiency
Implement cloud security compliance and governance best practices to protect data and meet regulatory requirements
Manage and optimize cloud costs through budget controls and expense tracking across business units and projects
Stay informed on emerging technologies such as serverless computing containerization and artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) to enhance banking services

What were looking for

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or any related field is required; cloud certifications from major providers (e.g. Amazon Web Services (AWS) Microsoft Azure Google Cloud) are an advantage
Background in cloud migration methodologies tools and best practices with hands-on involvement in large-scale projects
Proficiency in cloud security regulatory compliance and risk management
Practical experience applying Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4.0 and Agile methodologies in cloud projects
Expertise in cloud platforms and infrastructure performance optimization
Excellent leadership strategic thinking and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
