A leading U.S. manufacturing organization is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Technician HVAC to support critical plant operations at one of the largest and most advanced industrial facilities in the country.

What Youll Do:
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of HVAC and electrical systems supporting production
- Support planned and unplanned outages minimizing downtime
- Work with water-cooled chillers compressors and critical cooling systems
- Diagnose and resolve issues across PLC-controlled environments (Allen Bradley / RSLogix)
- Partner with Engineering on commissioning upgrades and system optimization
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes
- Develop and improve SOPs maintenance plans and training programs
- Ensure compliance with EPA 608 refrigerant standards and plant safety protocols
What You Bring:
- 5 years of industrial HVAC experience (manufacturing environment required)
- Deep experience with:
- Scroll screw and centrifugal compressors
- Water-cooled chillers (200500 tons preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting across electrical mechanical systems
- Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley / RSLogix)
- EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
- Hands-on experience with:
- Refrigerant systems (subcooling superheat charging vacuum)
- Brazing and system repair
Highly Valued Experience:
- Johnson Controls Metasys Trane Tracer or Liebert systems
- Preventative / predictive maintenance programs
- Leading teams or mentoring technicians
- Industrial automation or instrumentation exposure
Work Environment:
- Industrial manufacturing setting (large-scale production)
- Day shift with off-shift support as needed
