The Distribution Enablement team is a vibrant part of CI GAM National Distribution that interacts with multiple teams departments and individuals across the firm.
We are seeking a resourceful solutionsoriented team member who combines strong problemsolving abilities with handson Salesforce expertise and a creative approach to improving processes tools and sales this role you will help optimize our sales technology stack support key initiatives and drive meaningful improvements across our sales organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Support the administration enhancement and optimization of key sales tools including Salesforce and Seismic.
    • Help design and maintain a centralized knowledge and training library for sales tools workflows and best practices.
    • Monitor our sales enablement applications to ensure the content is timely appropriate and accurate.
    • Conduct gap analyses current sales processes workflows and systems; recommend solutions and build actionable implementation plans.
    • Collaborate with distribution partners (Product Marketing Data & Analytics) to introduce innovative and productivityenhancing initiatives.
    • Assist in and at times lead the identification of project deliverables development of milestones and execution of enhancements.
    • Ensure all required documentation training materials processes and tools are in place to support seamless adoption by the Sales team.
    • Engage with stakeholders to clearly define expectations communicate progress and ensure alignment and buyin.
    • Support sales activation initiatives including product launches programs and campaign execution helping bring creative ideas to life.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services or asset management. Has a solid understanding of Mutual Funds and the Investment Management Industry.
    • Postsecondary education.
    • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Seismic or Tableau experience considered an asset).
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills including instructional facilitation and presentation skills
    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
    • Self-starter with strong analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills
    • Strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
    • Proven ability to function in a fast-paced environment as evidenced by strong time management project management and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel (formulas charts pivot tables macros)

    This role follows our inoffice work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.

    This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. Theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is$55000to $95000. Exactsalary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and budget.
