Job Title: Customer Insights Analyst (Voice of Customer)
Location: Hybrid Toronto Canada
Experience: 3 Years
Rate: $52 to $57 CAD Per Hour
Role Summary: We are hiring for this position where the selected candidate will work on customer experience initiatives analyzing feedback and data to uncover meaningful insights. This role focuses on helping teams make informed decisions that improve customer satisfaction and overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer feedback both qualitative and quantitative to identify trends patterns and improvement opportunities
- Build clear data-driven reports that support customer experience enhancements and business decisions
- Present insights through reports summaries and visualizations that are easy to understand
- Use text analytics and regression techniques to deepen insights where needed
- Share findings with stakeholders including senior leadership in a clear and compelling way
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape strategies based on customer feedback
- Stay updated on customer experience trends and share best practices with the team
Must-Have Skills
- 3 years of experience as a Customer Insights Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong ability to translate Voice of Customer data into actionable insights
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Market Research or a related field
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Qualtrics
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Strong customer-first mindset and ability to represent the customer perspective.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
- Problem-solving mindset with an interest in tackling complex challenges.
- Enjoy working with data including exploring new datasets and generating insights.
