| D) Safety training to be taken : 3 man-days |
| E) Safety training to workgroup : 12 man-days for company workmen and 12 man-days for contractor workmen |
| F) PEP talk - 6 man-days/ month (72 man-days/year) |
| G) Area house-keeping unsafe act unsafe condition-100% compliance |
| H) 100% coverage of SOP SWI & JSA training for respective workgroup (company and contract workmen) twice in a year (H1 & H2) with signed record (in register) |
| I) JSA/SWI/SOP review - 2 times complete review of respective areas for 100% compliance |
| J) Safety improvement initiative (Good practices) : 5 nos/ year |
| k) Basic condition evaluation operator room tools & tackles eye showers hose pipes inspection - complete audit and conformance of compliance in Q1 Q2 Q3 & Q4 |
| L) 100% compliance to E-Permit norms using TAB and site JSA review |

| A) Water consumption reduction by 5% for both Treated as well as fresh water |
