About the role
The Retail Production & Rollout Manager is accountable for theendtoend production rollout and delivery of retail fixtures and NPD programsacross Direct and Indirect doors. The role ensuresontime onbudget and onbrand execution acting as the bridge betweenglobal design regional markets vendors and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market & Stakeholder Management
- Act as theprimary market-facing contactfor production and rollout across Direct and 3P retail.
- Leadmarket callscovering PO status production progress delivery timelines and rollout plans.
- Gather and translatemarket feedbackinto actionable improvements and risk mitigation.
2. Production Rollout & Project Delivery
- DeliverNPD launches major change programs and fixture transformationsfrom concept to installation.
- Manageproject WIP ensuring milestones dependencies and risks are actively controlled.
- ValidateNPD rollout readinessand ensure execution meets design intent and functional requirements.
- Overseedoor tracking installations and snagging closure with vendors and markets.
3. Vendor Supplier & Tender Management
- Leadvendor managementacross all fixture suppliers including rollout install and snagging.
- Supportglobal-to-regional tendersin alignment with Procurement.
- Conductsupplier negotiations and quarterly business reviewsto drive performance.
4. Budget Forecasting & Cost Control
- Ownregional budget planning quarterly/annual forecasts and order window planning.
- Drivecost savings and cost avoidancethrough supplier negotiation value engineering and install optimisation.
- Ensure all projects are deliveredwithin approved budgets and timelines.
- 5. Design Engineering & Fixture Systems
- Review and translateglobal retail designsinto regionally executable solutions.
- Managebespoke fixture development(2D/3D support) for specific retailers or markets.
About you
Youre a project manager with proven experience in retail production fixture roll-out or a related field. Youre detail-obsessed commercially savvy and thrive in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
- Experience in multi-market retail operations fixture production/delivery and vendor management
- Adept at managing budgets negotiation and value engineering
- Able to interpret technical drawings and oversee 2D/3D fixture development
- Confident communicator able to navigate between global regional and local teams
