What Youll Do
As an Accountant youll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting core accounting operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining financial reports records and general ledger accounts
Preparing complex journal entries analyses and account reconciliations
Supporting monthly close processes and consistently meeting reporting deadlines
Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
Reviewing contracts to identify assets and liabilities
Reviewing and validating work completed by other accountants for accuracy
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and proactively recommending solutions
Assisting with special projects and other duties as needed

What You Bring
To be successful in this role you should have:
A minimum of two (2) years of handson accounting experience
Education or job knowledge equivalent to a college or university undergraduate degree
Bachelors degree in Accounting or higher
Experience in billing tax and/or general ledger accounting (preferred)
Experience with ERP systems such as Workday Great Plains or NetSuite (a plus)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word (required)
