Job Summary
About the role
Reporting into the Head of TSCO Risk & Compliance - SG & CO this role will see you play a vital role in helping support Sportsbets approach to risk and compliance management controls and assurance. Your subject matter expertise will be invaluable in guiding control enhancements and mitigating key operational risks. Youll collaborate with your teammates to ensure our departments have strong control environments effectively managing risks and compliance obligations and foster an environment of trust and transparency for our customers colleagues and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor providing support and guidance to the business on risk mitigation regulatory compliance and control design
- Ensure alignment with the proven policies and frameworks of Flutter Entertainment Group a leading NYSE-listed company.
- Actively contribute to the CSRC Strategy through ideas suggestions and day-to-day activities
- Understanding relevant regulatory obligations for area of responsibility
- Identify understand and document operational risks for area of responsibility
- Monitor training completion rates for area(s) of responsibility. Works with individuals and line managers to ensure completion
About You
- Minimum 12 month experience in Risk Management Compliance and Assurance
- Good experience in dealing with internal controls including design documentation and implementation
- Good experience in dealing with risk management including identification articulation
- Experience or aptitude for using data analytics tools and techniques would be a distinct advantage
