About the role

The Organisational Development Program Specialist plays a key role in supporting the design delivery and ongoing success of organisational development programs and initiatives. Working closely with Senior Program Specialists and Program Managers you will provide high-level coordination and support across multiple programs ensuring initiatives are delivered to a high standard aligned with organisational priorities and governance requirements. This role contributes to strategic planning reporting stakeholder engagement and the effective implementation of cultural and change initiatives across the organisation.

This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energys operational footprint.

You are a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple priorities at once. You bring a collaborative approach strong attention to detail and the confidence to work with a broad range of stakeholders including senior leaders. You are adaptable solutions-focused and committed to supporting organisational change continuous improvement and inclusive workplace practices.

About your skills

You have well-developed planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines. You are experienced in preparing clear and effective reports presentations and communication materials for diverse audiences. You can analyse information identify improvement opportunities and provide practical recommendations. Your stakeholder engagement skills enable you to build effective relationships and support the successful delivery of OD programs and change initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Education or a related discipline or demonstrated capability gained through relevant experience and qualifications

Desired experience

  • Experience working in a similar role supporting organisational development programs and initiatives ideally within a large or complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple programs using project management methodologies supporting change management initiatives developing and maintaining processes and facilitating workshops or information sessions.
  • Project management qualifications are desirable.
