Job Summary
Anchorage Alaska Full-Time In-Person
- Customer Experience: Managing the front desk answering calls and providing direct support to customers with professionalism and respect.
- Sales Support: Assisting the sales staff by generating estimates processing orders and handling billing through credit card transactions and invoicing.
- Project Coordination: Acting as a liaison with the production department to ensure every project is completed in a timely manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Learning the ins and outs of our cutting-edge printing technology and fully utilizing our specialized computerized estimating software.
- 1 years of business-to-business sales operations and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Good skills in communication both in person over the phone and through email.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Computer (both PC & Mac) experience and ability to learn to use our point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic challenging environment.
- Good command of MS Office Products.
