Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle CX4U Solutions Consultant (Remote with Travel)

Summary: Join a global leader in innovation as a CX4U Consultant where you will drive the architectural vision for a critical Front Office transformation. This is a high-impact role designed for a subject matter expert who thrives at the intersection of technical design and client engagement. You will be responsible for defining solutions that meet rigorous performance and scalability needs while leading collaborative workshops to bring these designs to life.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive technology architecture plans for Oracle CX4U and DCS platforms.
Lead client-facing workshops to gather requirements and present scalable architectural solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the product engagement.
Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance and capability.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Oracle Utilities and Oracle Customer Experience (CX) ecosystems.
Strong background in Front Office technology architecture and solution design.
Demonstrated experience leading workshops and engaging directly with external clients.
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and contribute to key architectural decisions.
Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
Must be willing to travel for on-site project workshops as required.
