Your Role
As a Sales Associate you will be an essential part of the customer experience representing the Spring Step Shoes brand with confidence care and enthusiasm. Youll help customers find the perfect fit while contributing to a welcoming and high-energy store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm personalized customer service with strong product knowledge
- Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and add-on selling
- Maintain an organized clean and visually appealing sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment
- Represent Spring Footwears family of brands with professionalism and pride
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive collaborative work culture

- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Multilingual skills are a plus
