Job Summary
Job Summary:
- Conduct role-based training sessions and provide follow-up/reinforcement training as needed.
- Provide ongoing EHR support to users by answering questions troubleshooting issues and addressing concerns.
- Contribute to the development of training materials to support end-users in effectively utilizing the Epic system.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to troubleshoot technical problems and communicate user needs for system improvements.
- Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.
- Assist with general IT functions including user support system issues and operational initiatives.
- Prior EHR training and/or Epic experience (Preferred)
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent in experience related to the position) (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with electronic health record systems preferably in a training or support capacity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to audiences with various levels of computer knowledge.
