Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Performs the maintenance diagnosis repair and installation of production machine tools and plant machinery.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Three (3) years industrial mechanical experience.

Must have experience in diagnosing repairing and installing production machine tools and plant machinery.
Must be proficient in repairing maintaining and rebuilding of all types of equipment associated with pumps conveyors hoists and compressors.
Must have experience using precision measuring tools.

Must have experience with the removal and installation of large bearings.

Must have experience with rigging procedures

Must possess basic working knowledge of pneumatic principles.
High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
Must be able to work any designated shift to include overnight.

Must be able to work from oral and written instructions.
Must pass a technical interview
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance.

Additional Details:

This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement. Wage and work place conditions including shift times are subject to this agreement. Individuals hired into this position will be represented by a union.

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
